  2. OUR PROCESS, CORE VALUES, AND GUARANTEE

Waterstone Homes values having a smooth process, quality construction, and customer input.

A secret to our success is our subs working directly with the owner and together with the rest of the team to ensure your home is built with your dreams in mind and the quality you expect.  Many of our teams members have worked together for 15-20 years as a team.   We don’t go after the lowest bid cheapest sub because cheap work costs you later which is why most of our subs have been on our jobs for years.

Core Values:

  • Do Your Job-  We believe in working hard and doing a good job.
  • Honesty and Integrity- We believe in doing what you say.
  • Customer Service- We want to build the dream house you want….It’s your dream that we want to fulfil.
  • Communication- Our customers work directly with the subs to get what they want.  The subs are experts in their field and have very good ideas to help you save money or improve your idea.
  • Transparency-  It’s your money so you make the decisions on how it’s spent.  We are the advisor helping you through the whole process to balance what you want with what you can afford.  Our owners work directly with the vendors and price the selections they want.  We are not limited to basic choices we are truly a custom home builder.

WHO ARE OUR CUSTOMERS?

  • Our customers have bought houses before but most have never built a home. Our clients want a guide for their dream home without all the issues you hear about with home building.
  • Our customers want custom options: they want what they want but they also want to know pricing and make those decisions on their own.
  • Our customers like custom features and an outdoor lifestyle: beams and brick accent walls, large porches, extra garages or outbuildings, and numerous custom features.   They don’t want a cookie cutter house but want to show us a picture and we build it.
  • Our customers are usually planning their build with family either on the same property or have them nearby,
  • Many of our customers added considering mother in law plans or bonus guest homes for family
